Knights of Columbus
The Strong Right Arm of the Church
  In Service to One.
In Service to All.
The Knights of Columbus, founded in 1882 by Fr. Michael McGivney, has become the largest lay organization in the Catholic Church. This great organization of Catholic men has as its basic principles: charitable works; serving the Church and following it's teachings; supporting brother Knights; acting for the good of their country; and giving aid to widows, orphans, the sick and the poor. This is Father McGivney's dream which is living today in the hearts of his brothers and all of those they touch.

Today the Knights of Columbus has grown to an international service organization of more than 1.75 million members in 13,000 councils. In 2008, the organization donated $150 million and 68 million hours of volunteer service to charitable causes. Web site www.fathermcgivney.org is devoted to the life and legacy of Fr. McGivney.

The Knights of Columbus Council 1498, St Mark of Highlands Ranch, was chartered May 9, 2004. Since then, we have grown from 45 men within the parish to over 200 today. Brian Rollins is currently the council's Grand Knight.    Supreme Council    Colorado State Council    St Mark Council 1498
