The Men's Fellowship Group is a small Christian faith based men's group that
is centered around participative discussion. We welcome all men 18 or older, not just
members of St. Mark and not just Catholic men. We are not a Bible study group.
We currently follow a Catholic Men's Group Guidebook and facilitate a participative
discussion around a current assigned lesson or topic and short readings.

We occasionally invite guest speakers on spirituality, other faiths, human development
and potential, dealing with difficulties and more. In confidence with the our Father and
the Group we openly discuss our personal challenges in life, in our relationships with
others, challenges in our religion and challenges with our personal faith. We talk about
our own experiences. We discuss our forgiveness, thanksgivings, joys and laugh at ourselves.
We strive to think and act as Jesus taught us, and remind ourselves we are only human
when we fail at this. We open and close our meeting with prayer.
We meet Monday nights generally twice a month. Typically we meet downstairs in the Parish
Hall, but in summer weather we will sometimes go to a participant's home or a nearby
park for a cookout and discussion. The schedule for the remainder of 2008 are Monday's
at 7:00 pm: 2/25, 3/10, 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/23, 7/14, 7/28, 8/11, 8/25, 9/8,
9/22, 10/13, 10/27, 11/10, 11/24, 12/8 and 12/22.
