First Reconciliation

Preparation for First Reconciliation occurs in the Fall of a child's Second Grade year
(or anytime after second grade). The sacrament is celebrated at the Parish
Reconciliation Service during the Advent Season.
As per Diocesan guidelines, a child preparing for First Reconciliation must
- Have completed a previous year of religious education
- Be currently enrolled and participating in religious education
- Be enrolled and participating in the preparation process for First Reconciliation
The required components of First Reconciliation preparation include:
- One Parent meeting
- Two parent/child workshops
- Family preparation at home using a Family Workbook (book will be given out at the Parent Meeting)
There is a $15.00 book fee for First Reconciliation.

Tuesday, September 23 at 6:30 pm or Thursday, September 25 at 6:30 pm
Parent/Child Workshop 1 - CHOOSE ONE (registration deadline is Oct 13)
WS 1A Sat, Oct 18 9:00 - 11:00 am
WS 1B Sun, Oct 19 1:30 - 3:30 pm
WS 1C Sun, Oct 26 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Parent/Child Workshop 2 - CHOOSE ONE (registration deadline is Nov 3)
WS 2A Sat, Nov 8 9:00 - 11:00 am
WS 2B Sun, Nov 9 1:30 - 3:30 pm
WS 2C Sun, Nov 16 1:30 - 3:30 pm
