First Reconciliation

Preparation for First Reconciliation occurs in the Fall of a child's Second Grade year
(or anytime after second grade). The sacrament is celebrated at the Parish
Reconciliation Service during the Advent Season.
As per Diocesan guidelines, a child preparing for First Reconciliation must:
- Have completed a previous year of faith formation
- Be currently enrolled and participating in faith formation
- Be enrolled and participating in the preparation process for First Reconciliation
The required components of First Reconciliation preparation include:
- Two Parent meetings
- Two parent/child workshops
- Family preparation at home using a Family Workbook (book will be given out
at a Parent Meeting)
There is a $30.00 fee for materials.

Wednesday, September 22 at 6:30 pm and
Wednesday, October 6 at 6:30 pm
Parent/Child Workshop 1 - CHOOSE ONE
Sunday, October 24 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Saturday, October 30 from 9:00 - 11:00 am
Sunday, October 31 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Parent/Child Workshop 2 - CHOOSE ONE
Saturday, November 13 from 9:00 - 11:00 am
Sunday, November 14 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Sunday, November 21 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
